I got treated very rudely and barked at by multiple people working at the store, so much that people in line felt sorry for me as I left. I called the store to report the issue to the manager, talked to a lady who said she was the manager but refused to give me her name. She would not acknowledge my complaint and started yelling at me, similar to what I received at the store.

Let it be known the manager of this location, a woman by the name of Heather accused us of attempting to commit fraud in front of other credit union employees and credit union patrons for requesting to conduct a simple deposit transaction into our own personal accounts. She then refused us service and turned us away despite having presented all valid identification and account information. Throughout this entire debacle, we remained calm and polite. We contacted the corporate office in Chattanooga, TN and spoke with Isaiah who claimed to be the person who could help us resolve this. He too, refused and could not offer a valid reason why they would not make the deposit. We contacted the issuing bank and asked them to speak with Heather to clarify any questions or concerns. They still refused with the only explanation being “it is our decision to make.” There is more that happened after this that is just plain unbelievable which I will not share here. Suffice to say, this was truly the most bizarre experience. These people do not understand banking. All six people involved at the issuing bank were as puzzled as we were and recommended we immediately cease business with TVFCU. They could not believe TVFCU is a federal credit union and this is coming from people who have been in this industry for thirty or more years. How we were treated was shameful and we will no longer be conducting business with this institution.

Brought my parents to do a loan took over a hr which was done approved they messed the paperwork up and had to go a 2nd time in which they was supposed to have it fixed all was supposed to have to do was go resign and took over another hr ridiculous
